Help! I put in a load of laundry this morning and started the washer. The water runs but the machine is not holding it. Instead it goes down the drain. What can I do? Any suggestions before calling for repair? Thanks...

Check to see if the drain hose has not fallen down to a lower level where the hose is lower than the water level this will cause the water to siphon out. |

Darren - although your post wasn't at all helpful to the original poster - you made me laugh out loud - thanks. I needed that. |

Da Lat - did you get your washer repaired? I had a similar issue, and called John Keenen (who has been mentioned on this board). He was able to fix the problem right away. |
