Just want to say something positive about a business, because you hear so much negative...

We were having some problems with customer service with Jayson, i.e. just not being able to connect with real people when wehad questions or problems, etc. I had set up an appointment with Culligan because I was just so frustrated, and figured best to move on.

As a last ditch, and because really, who wants to have the softening equipment taken out, etc, I called my salesperson, who was amazing. Within hours, I had spoken to the owner of the whole operation, who offered to do something big for us for free, because of our inconvenience.

I remember others having some issues with them, and I guess I just wanted to say that once I really pressed the issue, they took the customer service issue really seriously, and I feel like things worked out really well --

Just wanted to follow up, because I know there had been a discussion on the South Orange boards about water softeners, and I had talked about my frustration wtih Jayson.
