i forgot to call mr. mittermyer yesterday and was hoping to get some shrubs in the ground this weekend. does anyone know the code requirements for planting shrubs (arborvitae, in this case) along a side property line between two houses? does the entire plant need to be on our side? or does the "trunk" need to be a certain number of inches on our side of the line? etc? thanks in advance.
