Hi All: we have an auto body repair job to get done -- two dented car doors in an insurance-covered accident. On the way home, we got an estimate from Village Service Center and Auto Body in SO for convenience, but we're free to use whom we choose for the repair. Has anyone used this shop for substantial auto body work? Years ago, we got a job done on Bloomfield Avenue, but it would be a lot easier for us to do it here in SO if we can get a clear read on the quality of work at Village. For that matter, positive or neg info on any nearby body shop would be useful. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Try Modern Auto Body across Pathmark.

We have always been happy with Village Serv Ctr. It's a father-son org, small in scale, for the pros and cons that offers. I don't go anywhere else.

Thank you Roger and MHC. Have you used these shops for collision work? At least one door will need to be replaced.
