I am looking to finish off my basement.It is in realativly good condition for being unfinished it already has a beautiful full bathroom. I would need a drop ceiling and better lighting , drywall , closed in room for the boiler and carpeting . Any idea how much this would cost to do? Thanks

Not possible. It would have to been seen in order to be fair. I have done basements ranging from $10,000.00 - $50,000.00
