We have a 1906 house with great old quarter-sawn pine flooring that we plan on having repaired (with same type planks from attic floor), sanded and refinished. I've met with a guy named John Orango (recommended by a local architect) whose estimate sounds reasonable, and who says he does other renovation work too. Has anyone else out there worked with him before for floors or other reno?
