We need to have a Hard Water Softener in our house but we cannot bypass our sprinkler system, so we need a saltless HWS so we don't end up salting our lawn. Any recommendations? I saw a few online that offer a Catalytic softener or a magnet based/electronic de-ionizer or some kind of hocus pocus, which uses no salt. Does this work for anyone? Our water is in desparate need of it, so any advice would be welcomed. Thanks! |

I had the same problem - we needed to have Jayson install another spicket for un (non?)-hardened water... now we have 2 spickets... not the best situation, but it does the trick... |

we would have done that, but there is not way to do so without major issues. Long story, but we can't bypass or add another spigot without breaking into finished parts of the house. Any other ideas?
