I need to install a railing on some outdoor stairs on a front walkway. Any suggestions for who can do this? Also, besides aesthetics, any advantage to iron over wood? |

Less maintenance. And iron is purdy. |

Aluminum is even better- it never rusts and looks just like iron when painted black. You just have to be careful when shoveling, the paint can chip off. |

We used Hillside railing (908-688-7444). They did a nice job at a reasonable price. They come out to the house to measure and bring a photo album and booklet for all the different styles of railing to chose from. |
