I'd prefer not to do it through Home Depot, whose been promising me a call to schedule a measurement for 4 weeks now....any other ways to get this done? Thanks.

I used Essex Window and Door-
http://www.essexdoorandwindow.com/
They came out quickly for a quote, and were quick and courteous installers. They did all our windows as well.

I went to Jaeger Lumber (in Union or Madison)...they have good selection of both storm doors and solid wood doors. They also have a list of contractors that they can recommend for installation.
