We have a lovely old wooden rocking chair that is coming apart, not breaking. Can anyone recommend a shop to pull it apart and glue it all back together properly? I do not want to fix it myself. I'd just break it.

There's an older couple (he fixes and refinishes furniture, she sews and does alterations) on Valley Street, not far (north) beyond Pathmark. They are both lovely folks and do good work. I believe the sign out front says PAOLA ALTERATIONS...just enter the driveway and the husband's shop is in the back.
