I know this has been posted in the past, but I am hoping to find a few good quick referrals for a contractor. We are looking to turn our attic into an office and do not want a major renovation, however, we are looking for someone who is reliable, honest and does good work. Any recommendations would be appreciated. Thanks in advance...

whatever you do, do not use Al's Building and Home Improvements. We spent over $70,000 on an
addition that leaks every time it rains. They refuse to fix it unless we pay them to do it!!! Buckets
of water filled the rooms last night. It's literally like watching your investment go down the drain.
It's so depressing.

I PL'd you a while back about Bench Mark Interiors, LLC. Maybe you didn't get it. Ask for Ned (973) 763-9871. References gladly provided.

Lemonhead, we just had this done a couple weeks ago by Ricky's Carpentry. IT WAS GREAT!

We have a small attic that was half finished. Ricky finished the other half and it was a good price. It was like they weren't even here. They cleaned up very well and were there non-stop until it was complete. The carpentry aspect was about 3-4 days and the finish guy was there another week. I must say the finish work is great! Makes the other half look like crap. The job took about two weeks and the guys were very polite and were here from 8-7 each day, except Sunday, of course. If you want more info you can private line. Their number is 973-677-1125.

Hi Hero.

Did you have electrical work done? Or flooring put in? Any work on windows?

Can you give a sense of how much this work cost you?

THANKS!
