I need to have insulation blown into my attic floors and am sitting on a proposal from Eastern Insulation. Has anyone used them and have an opinion?

I am friends with the owner Todd Sawyer, he also owns Eastern waterproofing, he has done 20 plus projects for my company and myself personally (This is how we became friends) he is a great guy and wants, as I do, 100% customer satisfaction. Please PL me if you need more info, but they have been a stand up company for me.
