My wood-framed casement window (relatively new casement no longer under builder's warranty) is leaking. Anyone know someone/ocmpany that can repair?

Where is the window leaking from, and what manufacturer is it?
Not that I want to start Ranting and raving about those "Wood Window products", but here is another case of "GTFM" get the &*^%$ money and run.
Customer service is a lost trade. Take the money and run seems to be the tone with most. No wonder why we have such a hard time selling our long term warranted products.

PL me if you need help....
