We need to clean out our garage which includes moving some heavy furniture, garbage disposal etc. I looked through most of the threads and could not find anyone. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Everybody here loves Fred Hodges, who does work like this at an amazingly competitive rate. Do a search for his number, which I do not have handy at the moment.
