We used All County. It's a programmable 9-zone with rain sensor system. Our property is 50' x 150'. The system is on 3 sides (one side is very narrow & we are doing a gravel path).

Our landscaper told us it would run about $3k. So, I called the guy he recommended who told me $4500. The next several minutes involved use of the words like "smoking" and "crack". I got the old "let me call the landscaper & call you right back" thing. Miraculously, 5 minutes later, he called back to tell me he would do "me and the landscaper" a favor and do it for $3k.

Clearly, like car salesmen, they are flexible.

That aside, I've been pretty happy with them. They were responsive when TS stabbed the garden lines with a pitchfork in three places and they had to be replaced.

We did it in September, which is probably not a high demand time for sprinklers, so that may have influenced the pricing flexibility.

Call Carmine's Landscaping in Maplewood 973-763-6626. They installed a system for $3250.00 a few years ago. It is a 6 zones system and seems to work great.
We were very happy with the service they provided.

We used Emerald Lawn Sprinklers for a 6-zone system and they got us the landscaper to resod the entire property for about $4000. Our 60 x 100 lot was a tiny job for them.

I'm waiting for Springhouse Irrigation to install my system later this month. I don't have their number with me, but they're listed. I thing their website address is: springhouseirrigation.com.

The job will cost me $3,300. I got estimates from a couple of companies and their price ranges were about the same.

Give them a call.
