I thought we had a wet few weeks? Is it already time to be watering? |

It's possible. However it might be that your grass is cut too short. I've found that leaving my grass longer keeps it a very dark green and able to stand up to those hot summer days. The only downside is that you have to dedicated to cutting it every week because it can get out of control if you don't. Also a regular schedule for fertilizing helps, I use Scotts as my brand of choice. Hope this helps.

Agree, keep it longer, but trim. It will retain more moisture and stay greener. Cutting it short will allow it to get scorched by the sun. Also, if you are going to fertilize, do it right before a rain or right before you water it. Fertilizer is another way to turn a lawn brown by burning it.

Water your lawn and trim properly. Also, maybe grubs (although I believe it's a little early for grubs and they tend to just leave random brown patches). |
