Driveway Asphalt Repair Recommendations

Author Message   Projects Dude Citizen Username: Quakes Post Number: 169 Registered: 3-2004 Posted on Monday, June 19, 2006 - 10:38 pm:        Our neighbor has a small 8-inch wide hole in his driveway and it seems like there's a little bit of a space below what was formerly a patched over area in the asphalt driveway. Seems like something that can be reasonably easily fixed. Does anyone have any recommendations for a professionaly who could/would do such a job. It's not a whole driveway job just a patch up and depending on the cost he may just want to repave his whole driveway although the rest of it is generally fine although with some wear and tear. How much would something like that roughly cost? For the small job and for a whole driveway? It seems these jobs are too small for any contractor that has access to hot asphalt.
