i've got a dehumidifier running in my basement regularly now. unfortunatley i've gone from a cool, damp space to a dry, superhot space that is ruining my meager wine cellar. is there a way to dehumidify without heating? |

Try looking for a dehumidifier that can vent the exhaust outside similar to how an AC works. I have the same problem in the summer. |

Um... I think there are different models, some for attics and crawl spaces, and whole-house, and basement, so it depends - it was over $1K, though - but it's made a biiiig difference in our basement. Feel free to pl if you want to take a look at it. |

hint: a dehumidifier that cools the air is called an air conditioner.
