I know how helpful and local MOL is for sharing experiences with contractors, but there also is a national on-line community with similar info on it. It's called Angie's List: angieslist.com and also reachable at:

Has anyone had experience using them? It seems pretty comprehensive, though clearly lacking the local depth that this board offers.
