We are having our deck replaced with Timbertech composite wood. However, we need a privacy screen on one side, and Timbertech does not make one in pre-assembled panels. Our contractor would have to design and build it out of single pieces of Timbertech, and that would be expensive to do. Question: Does anyone know of any brand of composite wood decking that makes privacy screen panels ready for installation? A web search has found nothing, but I am hoping one of the gurus here would have advice! |

Would'nt you want the privacy fence to match your deck in both color and texture? If so,then using the same material is the only option. |

Maybe if you stain a ready made wood/lattice privacy fence a nice color (Minwax makes some great custom colors) to match your house then it would all tie in together. |

Thanks. We were trying to avoid wood because we have a history of carpenter bees on our old wood deck. But I guess we might just have to get the wood lattice and be vigilant about the bees. |
