anyone who will be buying quanities of sheetrock might want to buy it now. i've heard that the price of a 4' x 8' board will be nearing $20 in the near future. something to do with a gypsum shortage. this info came from a NJ inspector who knows several suppliers.

don't know that it's a 100% accurate forecast, but if you have to buy it why not purchase it now?.
