The handyman who we hired to install a wood picket fence will not complete the job. I have all the materials, I just need someone to install it. None of the fencing companies will use existing materials and the manufacturer (GM Fence) has a six week wait, and meanwhile I have fencing blocking my driveway and a dismantled chain link in my backyard, so no fence to contain my children. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Carmine's Landscaping 973-763-6626 did a fence for me and turned out great.
Give them a call maybe they can help.

Not sure if they will work with YOUR materials (it really never occurred to me) but Boundary Fence in Bloomfield did my fence (using their own materials) and did a fantastic, quick and professional job for a good price. I'll send the number if I can find it. See if they'll do it.

We've used Tom's Fencing and he did a great job on our fence and installed these great gates (with locks!) on the deck to keep little ones and the dogs in -- Tom Kushner 908-272-5692

Thanks, everyone--we ended up calling in a favor from a friend of the family, who runs a construction company in Wayne, and his crew is doing it for us on their days off. I wish I could encourage them to work around here, since we seem to need more honest, talented construction crews around here, AND the owner has a master's in social work, perfect for calming down homeowners!

No need to put Amie on the spot. It was our company. We just took on more than we could handle with this job. Too many tree roots, too many rocks, 100 degree temps, realized couldn't do the job properly with all these variables. Refunded her money, and hopefully didn't make an enemy of her. I believe the people who finally put in the fence took many more days that we estimated this for. Once again, Amie,
sorry.

Call Tom Kushner at Tom's Fencing. He's busy but good.
