We moved in last summer - and apparently the driveway was new - I'm not sure they did the best job - it looks like just blacktop - but anyway, there are these little plants that are poking their way up through the driveway! I can spray some roundup on it, but will that do it??

That's the solution until the hole is sealed. You can patch it. You've had a lot of issues with errant poking plants lately, huh?
