We're looking at signing yet another (argh) contract for basement renovation. We really liked Robert and Suli and received their reasonable and detailed quote in a timely manner. And they return calls! I got 2 recommendations through the Mothers and More Eloop.

Does anyone have anything negative to say about them before we sign the contract and give a small deposit?
