We are using a big local painting company to do some work (roughly 4 - 5 days worth). Two of the crew in particular work 11hours/day and have done a great majority of the work. Do we tip them? If so, how much? They clearly don't have a "share" in the company. Thanks in advance. |

If these guys are working 11 hours a day in this heat, I think a tip would be very nice. If you can afford it, I'd give them $50.00 each. |

Tip if you feel guilty that the 6K you are spending to have the house painted is too little. |
