Author Message   DReese Citizen Username: Dreese Post Number: 21 Registered: 6-2006 Posted on Friday, August 4, 2006 - 12:07 pm:        Hi, I have a few things to address... * electrician to look at one breaker that has 3 rooms connected together so when we had to open all 3 a/c units this past week, they kept tripping Secondly, we are in need of a plumber to replace our shower/bath fixtures that are currently really old from the previous owners. it probably needs a washer too since it's leaking water down the cracked tile which looks like it's starting to leak to the floor below. so need to patch that up and replace the fixtures.
