Since I installed my ice maker a few weeks ago, I have pools of water in my refigerator. I've checked the water connection and everything seems fine. I need a professional now. Can anyone recommend an IC who can work on GE products. If I call customer support, they'll send out their service folks which will be a mandatory expensive fee, even if it is something very simple.

I use Larry at Astre Appliance repair for all kinds of repairs. In fact, he just worked on my fridge yesterday. He seems very fair and reasonably priced to me and he doesn't make you sit home waiting for him, but will call about 20-30 minutes before he's going to get there so you can meet him. He was recommended to me over ten years ago by a friend and I've been having him work on various of my appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, dishwasher) when needed ever since.
