In the process of fixing up our house, we've decided to replace the ancient kitchen countertop with a new one.

Removal of the old one isn't a problem - but the place we're going to buy the new one (Jaeger Lumber in Union) doesn't do installation. They've given us a couple names of people who could install it for us, but I don't like to hire people blindly.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a local person who can do a countertop installation?

Alternatively, if you get the counter from Central Bath and Kitchen on Central Ave in Orange, they will arrange the installation for you. We had Silestone put in and they did a great job, but CB&K also has other counter products. We worked with Jenine and she was great (a former plumber) . . .

Thanks! I'll be in touch with both the Two Guys from Newstead and Central Bath and Kitchen.
