Okay, I've got the Home Depot mailer and on pages 14-15 there are some decent looking path lights.
I already have a Malibu low voltage transformer and a wire running past the path I want to illuminate (to a flood).

On the page with the path lights there is a Malibu 600W twin Circuit Transformer for purchase. (The one I have). But nowhere does it state that these pathlights are compatable with any specific system, nor do they state whether or not they are low voltage at all.

They all use a 10W T-3 bi-pin bulb. Does this mean they are low voltage, and I can get them for my malibu system?

Home Depot has nothing about it on their website, neither does Malibu. I'll go to our local Home Depot, but I trust the people of MOL more.

Does Mailbu make anything other than low voltage lighting?

If the bulb is the same as the one you use, it is low voltage. The 10W indicates ten watts.

While I hate to do a racial profile, there is a South Asian (Indian or Pakistani) guy who works at the SA Home Depot and is very knowledgeable. I would suggest talking to him. He has helped us out more than once with electrical questions.

Bob K,

It's not Racial Profiling to describe one specific person by their racial background. If you said, "Indians and Pakistanis know alot about electrical stuff," that would be a racial profile.

I appreciate your advice. I will look for someone who fits that description at our local Home Depot, and I'll tell him he was recommended as a good resource. I'm sure he'll be flattered.

Thanks to both of you for your input. Yes, Shananbana, that includes you.

Also, Bob K,

The stuff I want is not advertised as Malibu, or Low voltage. They're just "Path Lights."

Thus, my dilemma.
