I have a perfectly good 3 step ladder excepting that the rubber "feet" for each leg are worn through so the ladder cuts up my floors. I contacted the manufacturer (Casabella) but the unit is discontinued with no parts available. Any tips for a DIY workaround? The legs are rectangular rather than round, for whatever that's worth.

Cut holes in tennis or raquet balls that are large enough for the legs of the ladder to get in while staying on. Problem solved.

That could work, thanks.

Raquet balls, maybe. Tennis balls, no way. You'll be slip sliding on the fuzz.

Buy a new ladder. It is safer.

Personally, I'd go to Home Depot, Lowes or Bed Bath and Beyond and get a new one too, but that wasn't the question.
