Does anyone have recommendations on good window washers? We've recently moved into a house, had work done and really need a good job on our windows and storms. I've gotten one quote that seems high and would like to have some other recommendations. Any help you can provide would be appreciated.

We've used Brookwood Crystal for the past few years and have been happy with them. I don't recall what they cost, but they'll give you a free estimate.

Scott at Jersey Glass & Gutters is always recommended on MOL 973-454-2444.

He came out to give me an estimate, and although it seemed reasonalbe to me my spouse disagreed. Scott was professional, polite and gave a written estimate.

(I still think I'm going to call him to clean them after Labor Day. It is so depressing to look out dirty windows all winter, when it's too cold to do anything about it!)

Thanks for the recommendations. If anyone else has others, please send along. The estimate I have so far is out of sight.

I've used Cleaning America and have been happy. I don't recall their price, but I'm pretty sure it was well below $400.

In the past we've used America's Best Window, if that's the name. We were very, very pleased with them. They were extremely thorough and careful. Perhaps you can do a search.

Thanks, is Cleaning America the same thing as America's Best Cleaning Service? I don't see a listing in the phone book for Cleaning America.

They're not the same, and I too liked America's Best. They've done our cleanings each year, and do a great job. Their phone # is 973-535-5874
