Our master bedroom has a wall of closets with sepearate storage compartments above. The center unit had been converted to a dressing table which Mrs. K has no interest in. We need short 57" louvered closet doors to reinstate the area as a closet.

Any ideas on where to get these?

I really would prefer not to have to knock out the whole eight foot unit and reframe it for standard doors or bifolds.

Head over to Congdon Lumber in West Orange. They may be able to special order them, but they won't be cheap.

You can retrofit standard wood louvered doors. It takes a bit of carpentry to remove the bottom section, pop off the louvers then reattach the bottom. PL if you would like to know how to do it.
