One of the circuit breakers switched off the other day. When I turn it back on I can hear a hmmm/buzz noise and then it switches back off again within a second. Any guesses as to what would cause this? I was away for the weekend so I'm not sure what first caused it to switch off. I do not have many things plugged into that line. I assume I need to call an electrician to fix it.

Sounds like the panel is not being held down properly on the breakers. If you aren't electric savvy, let someone who is handle it.
