I need some downspouts re-routed and possibly extended. Also, may need some 4" PVC routed underground to channel water away from the house.

Any recommendations on who to call besides Nick Kosh?

I am overtly opposed to underground pipes....for downspouts ... if they aren't below the frost line they end up full of ice and then you don't get drainage ....

There must have been 10 people during the big rains a couple of weeks ago who had frozen drains like this ... and there is no good way to thaw them....

Better something above ground that you can move out of the way (imho).
