Well, the snow has cleared, revealing our pretty much destroyed front paths and steps. As long as we're at it, we'll probably do the retaining wall along our driveway, too, and some stone work in the front yard and put in a curb. Can anyone recommend a good mason for this kind of work?

If you do a search you will find that many other MOL'ers recommend Avellino....they are scheduled to do our front steps in late March once it really warms up. .. call Billy at 908-879-8699.

We used Diaz and Sons (in West Orange) for our side walk, front walk, and limestone steps. They were reasonable, professional, and the job came out great.

We are using Avellino for a patio in which he is starting next week. Feel free to privateline me and come on over to sneak a peak at the progress.

Second on Diaz and Sons. They did a great job, were very professional, and reasonable.
