I think we might have a clog in the drain from our two sump pumps to the outflow into the gutter. Any ideas how to unclog without damaging the pipe, which I think is PVC?

Are the drain pipes buried and run all the way to the curb? How is the pitch?

If this is the case it is possible that standing water froze in them and is only now melting.

If there is a clog it can be cleared by using a snake, although if the pipes are long this is probably something a pro will have to do for you.
