Any ideas how to unclog without damaging the pipe, which I think is PVC? How is the pitch? If this is the case it is possible that standing water froze in them and is only now melting. If there is a clog it can be cleared by using a snake, although if the pipes are long this is probably something a pro will have to do for you.
