Great plumber experience

The estimate was for $175, which seemed very reasoanble to me, so we hired him. Today he did the work, and then he only charged $95, saying that it was less work than he anticipated. Can you believe that? What a guy! The great thing about him is that, even when he's away, his crew is just as concientious and responsible. I've called for emergencies when I knew he was away & they've been here within hours, almost as if the boss was standing over their shoulders. And they are neat; they prep for the job like they are setting up a sterile operating theater. They put in our new heating system & there was a small boo-boo (nothing major for such a huge job). Todd was apologetic as could be & told me to tell him how/who I wanted it fixed. I've never been positive they were the cheapest, but frankly I don't care -- since they always return my calls promptly, and come immediately when I have an emergency. They are all extremely polite and I believe they are scrupulously honest.
