New Dishwasher Making Far Too Much Noise

Anyone have any thoughts on what might be causing this or more importantly can anyone reccomend someone I can call to have it looked at? Also, if it was installed because of a house inspection or something similar it might be the cheapest model available. Sometimes food can get stuck there or even an item that was being washed. If you have a manual it should show you how to clean it out.
