Can anyone offer any opinions/recommendations/warnings about John Cimino/CMC Construction? I'm considering using him for a kitchen/bathroom remodel and wondered if anyone out there had experience with him.

I read some decent reviews about him on this board. We need some garage work done. He came out and did an estimate and seemed knowledgeable. But he did a disappearing act (not showing up for scheduled appointments, not returning call -- the usual contractor drill) on us when we actually wanted to get the work done. So, I can't say how good he is. But, he seemed like he knew what he was doing. And I think he might have been having some health issues, which may have accounted for the disappearing act. |

mb, I suggest you give a guy named Demetri Sergienko a call. He did my bathroom and I could not have been more pleased! He showed up when he said he would, he knew what he was doing and he ended up doing a great job. Plus, he wasn't that expensive.
