I'm looking for new gutter help. I used Ned Stevens a few years ago and had a very bad experience. I have had the gutters cleaned since by a nice guy but now I think I may need my gutters rebalanced as well as cleaned and I don't think my guys up to it. |

I second Nick (used him after perusing this board for recs and opinions of all stripes). it took a long time to get him out here, due to the "busy season" and the holidays, but once here he did an excellent job. we'll definitely be using him again. |

I like Aurora Home and Commercial Services. Tom Glynn is his name. They are in the phone book. Very thorough but hard to reach during peak season. They do eventually get to you, though. |

Nick Kosh was great. They cleaned and fixed our gutters. We no longer get water in the basement!!! |

i use a ladder and some rubber gloves. its really cheap and the results are excellent. of course this detracts from the time i can spend polishing my faberge egg collection but sacrifices have to be made. |

We like Nick Kosh, too. He calls us when it's time for "schedule maintenance" which we actually find helpful. It's usually around $65 per visit. |

Steve (Mem's post) did our gutters. He's a great guy, came when he said he would & did a great job. In fact, he did some extra clean-up work while he was on the roof. He called me and left a messge that he added $15 over estimate, but that since we hadn't discussed it before, I should call him if I had a problem with it. I didn't since, he did do the work & it was little enough. I admire the fact that he has good people skills and good business sense.
And, he's one of those people who knows someone who can do anything he can't do. Give him a call. |
