It appears that my bathroom radiator is leaking water which in turn is leaking through the floor into the kitchen below. When the heat is on, I have noticed wetness on the wood shims that are in place to balance/level the raditor. They are dry when the heat is off. I cannot seem to find the shutoff valve to completely test my observation. The radiator is smallish and does not have the black turn knob that the others have. Can anyone tell me how I can turn off this radiator and better yet, fix the leak in it.
Oddly enough, the leak seems to be on the opposite side of the intake pipes where there doesn't seem to be anything but the legs holding it up.
Thanks in advance.

Is the air vent leaking?
Is the radiator cracked?
If there is no valve in place, you need to add one.
Check it out.

Diagnosis: Air vent is definitely leaking water at a pretty good pace once the cycle gets going.
Probably an easy fix (new vent), but it's a very tight space to manuever around (for me).
