My wife was working on the third floor Sunday while I was outside playing with the kids and shoveling. She came down for a litle break, went back up and there was afairly large black bird flying around. Much comedy ensued, before I chased him out a window with a towel. Now I am left to wonder, "how the f--- did that bird get in here, to my third floor office?" He either flew in the front door while I was coming or going and made his way all the way up here (very unlikely) or I have a hole somewhere. so how do I find the presumed hole so I can patch it? Any thoughts? |

I had a bird fall down my, then uncapped, chimney once. I heard him making a racket and found him there. I chased him around the house, he flew upstairs and I finally caught him in a box and let him go outside. I am just thinking could your bird have fallen down the chimney too, and in a panic flew out of fireplace and upstairs? |
