Calling all re-modelers....

I'm looking for recommendations for carpet sales/installation service providers.

We intend to carpet/re-carpet 4 rooms and 2 sets of stairs in the next two weeks.

Any recommendations (positive or negative) would be greatly appreciated.

We recently had Carpets for Less on Springfield Avenue carpet two sets of stairs, a hall and our third floor. We couldn't have been happier with the price and the service.

They asked if we were in a rush, which we weren't. The carpet was still installed within two and a half weeks.

They are located on the north side of Springfield Avenue next to the hot dog place in the building that used to be Litzbauer Plumbing.

G. Fried carpet on Route 22 was good and somewhat inexpensive.

Floor installation, don't know the town. My wife has all the contact info. Pay cash (actual green bills) and "no tax" (yes, I know this likely means the treasure of NJ and the Feds is deprived as a result, but oh well). They've done three different flooring types (traditional tile, synthetic blend tile, and commercial grade carpeting), all w/ great customer service and excellent prices (we shopped around).

Private line me and I'll get you the details on contact info.
