need places to shop for inexpensive ceramic tile for 2 bathrooms. estimate from contractor was for very cheap tile, and dont want to go really way over budget. anywhere nearby, (or not if its a really good place) looking for traditional ceramic tile - could be discontinued, minor blemishes (2nds) or just plain inexpensive.

I used Newark Tile on Freylinghusen (sp?) to find tile to match my 40's bathrooms. They have a lot and will give free samples. Seem quite cheap.

I used to use Newark Tile for patch jobs on the old bathroom. Jasco struck me as having more choices, but it could be that they are laid out in a bigger space. Newark is good & inexpensive, but I had to have patience to dig around a bit more.
