Does anyone know if the dump will take the asphalt and cedar shingle bits that accumulated in our attic when we got our roof redone recently? I keep going in circles with the Dept of Public Works phone number.

Why not call the contractor back to clean up the debris. He caused it, no?

Yes, but I don't think he's responsible for the stuff that fell into the attic -- just the shingle bits outside. We are responsible for covering everything up and also for cleaning up our attic.

Iwould bet that if you bag them and place them in your driveway, your roofer would drop over and pick them up for you.

Just a bet.
