I have a big (dying) ash tree in my yard which needs to come down before we do some landscaping. I've been delaying for months/years because I've gotten quotes of $2500, $3250, etc. from some local tree companies. Now I'm told that I should find one of the tree crews who does work for PSE&G or Verizon. They come from South Jersey or PA for weeks/months at a time. They have the equipment and would probably do the job on a Sat for $500. How do I find these guys? |

Todd Lamm cut down trees for us for a reasonable price. He works for Maplewood Township, does work separately, too. Honest guy, and good. |

Call Tree King....we got crazy quotes and they did ours for under 1k. Search the archives for their name (check and so it will get both words). I posted their info about a year or so ago. Just call for a quote...you don't even have to be home if I remember correctly..they did the removal two months later in one morning. |
