I am doing an addition to my house in Millburn and just found out I need a grading permit. Apparently this requires a (civil I think) engineer. Any recommendations? Main thing is I want someone FAST. Guy in Millburn is backed up for 3 months. Yikes!

Call Dan Ackerman @ 908-296-6510 Tell him I sent you. He's an excavator and probably knows someone.
