Snow Removal...Seeking Standing Shove...

We have stumbled onto a snow removal business that comes whenever a certain amount falls. While it is very nice to have the snow semi-magically go away there are issues: 1. Snow blowers early in the am. Noisy and vile-smelling 2-stroke engines destroy any snowy day calm that exists (before the kids wake up, anyway...!) 2. Cost, varies by snowfall but ain't cheap. Does anyone have a standing arrangement for snow removal that uses shovels? Perhaps a team of teens that is semi-entrepreneurial? Thanks for any suggestions that you may have and enjoy the snow!!
