Haven't seen any mention of the new building next to Maplewood pizza. It looks good. I have no idea whether or not any businesses have signed leases. Does anyone know? |

Don't know what's going in there but I do agree, the new building looks good! Real wood shingles on the gables! |

I went over there this morning and was told it will be a learning (tutoring) center. |

As a SO resident, I have building envy.
Did this attractive, new construction happen as a result of pure market forces? Or did Maplewood have to facilitate it in some way?
