Bulk Pickup crew must be on strike!!!...

Heck the garbage pickers have removed most of it, you would think that considering we do this one day a year we could get it right. The other time the DPW crews were called off to an emergency and the balance of the junk was picked up the next day. I expect something similar happened this time. The early winter and snow storm really screwed up the leave pickup last fall I admit.
